We have provided guidance through the hiring process, ensuring every new team member feels supported and valued as they transition into their roles and build a fresh start.
Take, for example, Angel Eduardo Torrealba Gauna. At a hiring event in Lenexa, KS, Angel expressed his excitement when offered a position and shared his hopes for a stable and fulfilling life. Today, Angel has secured housing and is eager to grow with Heartland Coca-Cola.
Another success story is Ataniel Levi Marcus Reyes Ruiz, who reunited with his family in Kansas after arriving in the U.S. With support navigating the paperwork and onboarding process, Ataniel is now thriving in his role and working toward his dream of homeownership.
Then there’s Mayerli K. Martinez, who initially struggled to find employment. After reaching out for guidance, Mayerli successfully joined our team and now enjoys full-time work where she feels valued and empowered.
