Heartland customers have some of the best food in the country. And our judgment might be pretty close as four of our Kansas City customers were recently announced as semifinalists for the 2023 James Beard Awards. This is a tremendous recognition as the James Beard Awards are among the nation’s most prestigious honors recognizing exceptional talent in the culinary and food media industries that have demonstrated commitment to racial and gender, equity, community, sustainability, and a culture where all can thrive. Below is the list of our four semifinalist customers:

Building Together means celebrating our customer’s wins and accomplishments. Our Kansas City team stopped by all our semifinalist’s restaurants to surprise them with a Coca-Cola Congratulations basket. This accomplishment is no small feat, and it was important that our customers know how proud we are of them and grateful to be a part of their journey, said FSOP Area Sales Manager, Leah Hutchinson. The winners of the James Beard Awards were announced on March 29th. Regardless of the outcome, we are incredibly proud and glad to have these outstanding customers in our Heartland family!
